S.W.E.T. offers a wide variety of options. Our success is based on the basic principles of weight training, healthy diet, and cardio. We are experienced in catering to injuries, and other limitations, so you're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for your level of fitness.
We currently offer the following classes:
Group Training: One hour sessions that target specific muscle groups. Look for our updates on facebook to see what the targeted body part of the day is. Free weights, cable machines, and resistance methods are used in every workout.
Saturday workouts are a heavy cardio emphasis, with bootcamp style training.
Personal Training: Whether it is general health or a show physique, we can guide you there.

Hours of Operation for Group workouts:
Mon, Wed, Fri: 5am-6am, 9am-11am, 3:00pm -6:30pm
Tues, Thurs : 3:30pm- 6:30pm
Saturdays: 7am - 11:00am
Sundays: Day of Relaxation!
Group workouts last 1 hour, the last group workout start time is 6:30pm ending at 7:30pm.
Personal training times vary depending on trainer availability.
