S.W.E.T. offers a wide variety of membership options designed to fit your schedule and budget. From a short-term trial membership to an all-inclusive plan, you're sure to find the best plan for you.

Plan Details
Group Training For the individual that loves the attention of a personal trainer, with the affordability of a group rate.  Men and women's groups are available.
Pay per visit Access to either a group workout or a kickboxing class. 
Personal Training One on one, individualized training.
Kickboxing 75 min class, Group workout with partnering.  Emphasis on cardio, with plenty of bag kicking and punching.  Gloves are available for in gym use.  Please bring pads and gloves if you have them. 
Open Gym monthly payment, no long term contracts. You are open to use the facilities on your own.
